Covered Wagon Tour through Vineyard

A carriage tour on a covered wagon will take you through the beautiful vineyards of Deidesheim, which is one of the most renowned wine-growing villages of the Palatinate and honored for its world-famous Riesling wines.

Mr. Rau, a professional wine-grower, will take you through the beautiful vineyards of Deidesheim on a beautiful covered wagon and provide you with interesting information on winegrowing and the vineyards of the Palatinate region. During the tour, you will have the opportunity of buying local meals and drinks for lunch break. Alternatively, you can also take a stroll through the beautiful landscape.

Details of the Tour: You will be picked up by a coach at the Ehrenhof (Court of Honor) of Mannheim Palace. After a 30-minute ride to Deidesheim, your covered wagon tour will start. After the tour, you will be driven back to Mannheim Palace.

The price includes the costs for transportation, the covered wagon tour conducted by an English-speaking guide and water which will be served during the ride. Lunch is not included.
